Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE Stock Code: VSH) announced the launch of the winding resistance, can be used for ---MRA series of new series of medical imaging equipment and high-end audio non magnetic, no sense of axial lead resistance, power level up to 12W, can work at +350℃.
Vishay Mills MRA series devices from the Vishay Dale resistance division, with no sense of and all welded structure, suitable for RF and application of operational amplifier, can greatly enhance the frequency response. The combination of Ayrton-Perry coil has no sense, almost no inductance device and signal loss.
The resistance power level at 25℃of 4W ~ 12W, the temperature range of -65 to +250 ℃ (U) and -65 to +350 ℃ (V). The device resistance is 0.01 ohm to 85.0k ohm, tolerance is + 1%, + 5% and + 10%, device resistance less than 0.99 ohm TCR +±90ppm/℃, 1 ohm to 9.9 ohm devices is about ±50ppm/℃, 10 ohm and above devices is ±30ppm/℃.
MRA resistance conforms to the green RoHS instruction and Vishay standard.
